RETURNS
You may return one or more items, without ever having used them, within 14 days from the delivery date (including holidays) and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned products (excluding shipping). After this deadline, the return procedure will no longer be available.
We cannot accept the return of items that are not in the same condition as they were sent and received. We do not exchange items. In case of a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Care. We will handle your request.
BEFORE RETURN
Check that you meet the following requirements before shipping the goods and follow these simple instructions to ensure that your return is accepted and you can receive your refund as soon as possible:
- checks that each product to be returned is in the same condition in which it was originally shipped and that it is packed carefully and in an orderly manner;
IMPORTANT: If the above conditions are not met, we will not be able to accept the return. If you request it, the items will be sent back to you at your expense.
HOW TO RETURN
1 - log in to your private area and click on 'My Orders';
2 - select the order containing the items to be returned and click on 'I want to return one or more items';
3 - select only the items you wish to return and choose how you wish to receive your refund;
RETURN BY CUSTOMER
Customer Care Return allows you to choose the express courier you prefer. The costs are your responsibility and will depend on the service you have chosen.
On the Return page, choose the option 'I will use an express courier of my choice at my expense' and proceed with the return.
Once the return procedure is complete, send the package containing the return to

If you decide to use the customer care return option to return your order, the package containing the return is your responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouse. This means that we are not responsible for any loss, damage due to bad packaging or delay in delivery of the return.
REFUND
As soon as we receive the return, we will check that all the conditions listed above have been met: if the procedure has been carried out correctly, we will make the refund, which will be made via the same method of payment used at the time of purchase, excluding shipping costs.
Refunds are usually made after a few days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking institution.
If the order was paid for by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer.
