Ernesto Boria S.r.l.only sells products of excellent quality.

In particular, the customer, by sending an order through this site, even in the event that it is not processed, expressly authorises, without reservation, pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, Ernesto Boria S.r.l. to process his personal data, for administrative and commercial purposes, and accepts the conditions listed on the page entitled "Privacy", published on this same site.
Therefore, anyone accessing and/or using services on the Site expressly agrees with Ernesto Boria S.r.l. that the Site and these Conditions are governed by Italian law. The territorial jurisdiction shall be that provided by the Consumer Code, i.e. the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in the Italian territory.
Ernesto Boria S.r.l. takes every precaution to prevent the publication, on the Website, of content that may be deemed offensive to civil beliefs, human rights and dignity of persons, in all its forms and expressions. In any case, Ernesto Boria S.r.l. does not guarantee that the contents of the Site are appropriate or lawful in countries other than Italy and, therefore, access to such contents from places where such materials are illegal is expressly prohibited.

The user is obliged to comply with the terms set out in these Conditions, and is also obliged to periodically check this page for any changes to the Conditions, which will become immediately binding on the user as soon as they are published on the Site.
Ernesto Boria S.r.l. undertakes to ship the product within and no later than 14 days from the date of the order. We also point out that your product is generally shipped within 2 working days, unless the product is out of stock.
Instructions on the Right of Withdrawal, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 21/2014, Art. 49, para. 4.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating reasons, within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ernesto Boria S.r.l. - Via Luigi Sturzo, 27 - 95041 Caltagirone (CT) - Italy, Tel: 093321421 - email: ernesto.boria@virgilio.it) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (letter sent by post, fax or email).
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
* Please note that if the product is not available in our warehouses, on the product page you will not be able to order it in order to avoid misunderstandings with the customer. The product page only shows the ADD TO CART button active if there is availability in stock, the same applies to the different variants of the same.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments you have made to us, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Such refunds shall be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you shall not incur any costs as a consequence of such refund. Refunds may be suspended until we receive the goods back or until you prove that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Any cost incurred originally for shipping the order will only be refunded if all items in the order are returned.
Please return the goods or deliver them to us - namely to: Ernesto Boria S.r.l., Via Luigi Sturzo, 27 - 95041 Caltagirone (CT) - without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. You shall only be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
